“Adon haKol” was composed by Shalom Shabazi, the best known Témani liturgical poet in the 17th century. The poem begins with praise to the Shəkhinah, the divine presence and concludes with the hope of redemption, acknowledging that the first signs of redemption could already be heard around the world. This english translation was first published in the Siddur Masorti (Izzun Books 2019) by Rabbi Adam Zagoria-Moffet.
